Who we are

ReArena is a Counter-Strike 2 5v5 matchmaking service run by RETRO.MN (Mongolia). This policy explains what we collect when you use the website or the Windows app and how we use it.

What we collect

Steam account: when you sign in with Steam we receive your public SteamID, profile name and avatar. We never see your Steam password.

Discord account (optional): if you link Discord we store your Discord user ID and username, and while you are in a match we check whether you are in the team voice channel and sharing your screen, as required by the match rules.

Match data: matches you play, your team, in-game statistics (kills, deaths, damage and similar), rating points and bans.

Technical data: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and your IP address in server logs for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To run matchmaking, show profiles, ladders and match history, enforce the rules (anti-cheat, bans), and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

What is public

Your Steam name, avatar, level, match history and statistics are visible to other players on ReArena. Your Discord identity is only visible to ReArena staff.

The Windows app

The app shows the ReArena service and stores your session on your own PC, encrypted with Windows (DPAPI). It sends notifications when a match is found or a friend invites you. It does not read files, contacts, the camera or the microphone.

Retention and deletion

Match records are kept to keep ladders and history accurate. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time through the ReArena Discord (discord.gg/rearena); bans may be kept to protect other players.
